ToolBestDiscount is operated by a company organized in Hong Kong. These Terms of Service govern your use of the ToolBestDiscount online store and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Product information

Review the selected product, variant, price, availability, included items, specifications, labels, warnings, and other information shown before placing an order. Product images and creator content may illustrate a setup but do not replace verified product information, labels, warnings, or available instructions.

Orders and checkout

Review all order, shipping, payment, and other information shown at checkout before submitting an order. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information through a support form or email.

Shipping, returns, and support

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy apply to orders placed through the ToolBestDiscount store. Purchases completed through a third-party retailer are governed by that retailer's shipping, return, payment, and checkout terms.

Product support is available for order and product questions. Some products may have product-specific warranty coverage. Only complete written terms made available for that product establish the coverage. ToolBestDiscount does not currently publish a fixed storewide warranty term.

Safe use and compatibility

Follow all product labels, warnings, recalls, and available instructions. Stop using a product if it is damaged, recalled, missing a safety part, or operating abnormally. Compatibility depends on the exact product, tool, battery, charger, adapter, interface, and model. Do not assume universal fit or modify a product to create fit.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A compatibility reference does not imply manufacture, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization unless expressly stated.

Creator content is labeled Creator collaboration. It is not described as a customer review, recommendation, satisfaction statement, approval, or product test unless the specific content and authorization support that description. Third-party links and players may open another service, whose terms and privacy practices apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Changes apply from the posted effective date, subject to applicable law.
