ToolBestDiscount orders are fulfilled through partner U.S. warehouse locations, including East and West Coast locations. U.S. warehouse fulfillment describes where an order ships from; it does not state where a product was manufactured.

We do not state a specific delivery time in this policy. Review the shipping information shown for your order before checkout. Any delivery estimate shown for an order is an estimate unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot ship an order within the time stated for that order or otherwise required by applicable law, we will contact you with the available options. These may include agreeing to a delay or canceling the unshipped order. If an unshipped paid order is canceled, we will issue a refund.
